Allowing rips to be below the knees

I believe the school dress code for Hart Ransom about ripped jeans is unfair. If you walk into any store to buy jeans for the new year, most of them have rips. Its very hard for parents to buy their kids jeans because the new style of pants have rips. This petition is to help get rips BELOW the knees back, so it can be easier for parents to buy their kids clothing items.
