Demand an End to Releasing Feral Cats back on the streets rather than into a Cat Santurary

Spay and Neuter programs are a step in the right direction, however, to take innocent cats that want a nice home to live in and put them back out on the streets is cruel. They starve, they get hit by cars, they get no medical attention, or love. Placing them into a cat sanctuary where they have a safe place to live, be fed, get medical attention, and possibly get adopted would make more sense and be a more humane program. Please sign this petition for every state to open cat sanctuaries where the cats can live after being spayed and neutered. This will put an end to the millions of cats that are homeless on the streets of America.
