Consider this a formal request for a hearing for Justin Patera case#04-CF 4084A to review evidence to support the innocence of Justin Patera. If the evidence proves that he is innocent I would like you to exonerate him and expunge all records of charges.
My son was accused and prosecuted for a crime. He was at work at the date and time of the alleged crime. We have proof as he worked on 3 different computers that day during that time and the invoices and work orders are signed and dated by the customers. His employer also stated that he worked that day. Our attorney lied to us and stated that he checked my son's alibi and pressured my son into signing a plea bargain. We have had paper work before the court since 2007 and are still waiting for a hearing date. This could happen to anyone.
