Companies on this list may make some products, such as pharmaceuticals, that are required by law to be tested on animals. However, the reason for these companies' inclusion on the list is not the animal testing that they conduct that is required by law, but rather the animal testing (of personal-care and household products) that is not required by law.
None of the following companies, have signed up to the standard:
Colgate Palmolive; Procter and Gamble; Reckitt Benckiser; SC Johnson; and Unilever.

We ask you to implement new rules in advertising the products made by these companies, so that the consumer/customers are no longer mislead Into buying products that we are unaware are tested on animals.
These companies are unwilling to clearly label their products as Tested on animals for the sake of financial benefit. Making them guilty of false advertising, Which i think makes the advertising agency's that air them, just as guilty. Please Implement new advertising rules for products still tested on animals in 2010.

The following is a list of companies that still test on animals all over the world. As these companies or their products do not advertise that they are tested on animals, we ask that new rules must be applied.
We the undersigned ask you to consider creating a rule or law stating that Companies or products that are tested on animals, should be advertised as such. the list of people opposed to using these products are not just animal Activists, they range from All Kinds of people with different beliefs. most of these beliefs are met with one common goal.
