We need to stop innocent people from getting convicted of serious crimes

I live in a small town. The cops are related to everybody here. Therefore they are not arrested for stuff like brass knuckles. No insurance. Drug paraphernalia and no license. However people not from here get set up by cops who use drugs and are alcoholoics. I vote we have cops not be allowed to work in towns they were born and raised in and that cops get drug tested constantly. Stop the nepotism and innocent people from getting their lives ruined by crooked cops and their informants who are junkies.
