The state of Washington has over 60 confirmed cases of measles and as it is our bodies it should be our choice. (I am a minor myself) we should be able to make this choice ourselves, not our parents! Not only to protect us but to protect the people who can't get vaccines for medical reasons. The only thing is I believe we cannot be allowed to deny the process until the age of 18 (with parent consent this would also include the second parent if available) I've seen so many moms not vaccinating their kids but the dads are unaware that they don't or even vice versa. let's protect our kids and those around them by letting them have that right to their health!
note: This would start at 12 and definitely safe may kids from a sad painful death. I would of tried to make this earlier but that's as low as it goes for medical stuff in Washington
