Request For Fair And Competitive Wages For ZWMB Employees

We, the undersigned employees, write this petition not out of resentment, but out of genuine hardship. The wages currently paid to staff are insufficient to cover the basic costs of living rent, food, transport, and healthcare leaving workers unable to function at full capacity both inside and outside the workplace.

The current pay structure has not kept pace with the rising cost of living. Employees are being forced to make impossible choices between essentials.This is not sustainable and it is not just.
