Road Resurfacing Failure...Williamson County TX

The road resurfacing job that was performed by Williamson County Texas is completely inadequate and has created a solution that is much worse than the road it was designed to fix. The gravel does not stay attached to the road and consequently winds up in people's driveways in people's Tire treads in people's tennis shoe treads and in people's houses. When approached with this complaint, the county responded with street sweeping that only provided a temporary fix. It was explained to me that the job was not holding up because the temperature was too hot Last Summer when the job was done. That makes little sense as the temperature is always hot in the summer in this part of the world. With this petition we are asking that Williamson County correct the issue by sealing the roads to make the gravel stay on the road where it belongs.
