Jail Time for Animal Abusers

Three people are behind bars in connection with what officials in Warren call one of the worst cases of animal abuse they've ever seen.

Tiffany Charleton, Randall Charleton and Michael Kelley have been arrested and are waiting in the Trumbull County jail for a court date.

Police had been looking for Tiffany and Michael since late October when 10 dead animals were found inside their Hamilton Street home. Five cats and five dogs were found dead in the house. One dog survived and is still recovering.

Tell Prosecutor Dennis Watkins that these people deserve no more mercy than they showed these animals.  Prosecute them to the fullest!
