Enact a Law in every state to close all puppy mills or the sales of puppies in pet stores

Put an end to people profiting off an innocent animals life. Owners of puppy mills, as well as, owners of pet stores making their mortgage payments, paying their utility bills, taking vacations, and sending their kids to college all from the profits of an innocent animals life. Put an end to the over population of innocent animals that never get a forever home. Demand enacted laws be put in place in every state in America.
