This has been banned since 1938 and now all of the sudden it changes. The fact is that you give a person an inch, they take a mile. How are you actually going to enforce the days and times people are supposed to use these? People have children and animals that are scared to death. People have sold to minors already. People have been injured. Why is this necessary? There were no fireworks in 1776. You need to repeal this stupid decision. There are veterans with PTSD. There are kids that wake up terrified. Pets that are terrified and then parents and owners that have to deal with all of that. Kids that burned down a playground. A mother and a 4 month old that was hurt. A person that blew off their hand. What more do you want?
