Shut down the hog house of horrors that houses more than 3,000 abused pigs.

Another day, another story of widespread animal abuse in factory farming. This time it wasn't the US or Spain, but Germany. But while the location has changed, the abuse is shockingly similar to what we are used to reading about when activists go undercover to shed light on the issue.

In and undercover exposé, animal rights activists gained entry to a facility known as the Schweinehochhaus — Pig Skyscraper in English. The huge towering concrete structure houses over 3,000 pigs that live in terrible conditions. In video footage that was recently released, viewers can see workers grabbing piglets by the tail and smacking them against the ground to crack their skulls. In other clips, pigs can be seen being kicked, battered, clubbed and stabbed with sharp objects. The whole scene is grotesque and disheartening.

The lack of humanity with which these animals were treated should be met with legal consequences by the German government and Schweinehochhaus must be shut down.

Please sign the petition and demand justice for the pigs of the Pig Skyscraper. Ask the German government to put an end to this terrible enterprise.
