The Creator's Protection Act (And Muses Who Inspire)

85% of music related crimes are not reported because a specific site or outreach program does not exist for the survivors of music related crimes.
Even with out physical proof a person should be able to file a complaint that is on record for constant update and review in a data base specifically for this purpose.
A range of undefined limits are what make these laws non existent.
Set boundaries. Hold a meeting for your local music scene and talk about this together as a group and define the boundaries as everyone has something important to add to the conversation.
Don't rush the process. Take time and really define all these areas.
This is a grey area subject to the industry because it would cost them millions and possibly the destruction of big reputations.
Most abuse happens to up and coming musicians & musicians who are not able to afford the proper licensing for protection.
The mainstream protects their artists in a way that gives the survivors almost no chance to be seen, heard or believed.
It is a form of elite manipulation stemming from Class conflict, also referred to as class struggle and class warfare, is the political tension and economic antagonism that exists in society consequent to socio-economic competition in the arts among the social classes or between rich and poor. Always favoring the rich in this struggle.
Hobbyist musicians are also at risk for their image, style & sound
to be used (copied or stolen) in a way that can destroy what they have created alone and naturally.
Big cash outs are the only goal for industry operators.
If they can't beat you, They cheat you.
Laws that protect artists & musician are needed.
Fans and creators alike deserve the same protection as certified artists.
The truth is new words need invented to describe this in its entirety. New words need created to describe the corruption in full.
With out laws that protect the artist & the likelihood of their creations in more direct & in depth ways are needed to ensure the safety & well being of every creator. No matter what.
Discrimination of a person's race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age or overall income should not be a factor in the overall protection of the creator from all big industry fall out.
All legal copyrights and trademarks should be given to all creators in full for free. Just because someone's poor shouldn't be a reason to deny them full protection. It should be the reason they are more protected in the bigger picture.
The Creator's Protection Act (Including the Muses who inspire) should be a set of laws created. Why a set of laws in this area haven't came into fruition should be a wake up call.
All artists and musicians should have protection no matter how much money they do or don't have, no matter how well they are known or not known.
All creators should be treated equally.
The future artist's, writers, designers & creators are depending on a safe environment to thrive in without fear of theft, corruption or be influenced by all types of dictatorships who rule over the art world with free reign. This is where crime and music intersect.
