As concerned citizens we do not want this property rezoned commercial and have to deal with the negative impact this could have on our home values. There is enough commercial properties adjoining or very close to the proposed property, that have sat vacant for years. Stop rezoning properties to commercial, especially if they adjoin a residential neighborhood.
