Circus Freiwald was forced to settle on a site at the Cologne Barrier in Venlo after health problems from the tour manager.
Circus Freiwald gave performances for two weeks in February at the barracks site in Blerick. The intention was to move on to other shows in the country afterwards. However, the tour manager of the circus was hit by a heart attack.
Due to the Venloop running competition, the circus could no longer stand on the barracks site in Blerick. The municipality of Venlo then made a piece of land available to the Cologne Barrier. The circus is there waiting for a new show.
Natascha Freiwald from the circus of the same name announces that they are working hard on a departure from Venlo. "But that is not simply arranged," she says. According to her, weeks can go by. She does say that the circus is actually looking for a more suitable site to be able to stay temporarily. Freiwald has placed a call for this on Facebook.
