Make the US grow hemp/crop subsidies.

    Hemp absorbs 4 times more CO2 than trees. winter crops in the south could stop most of the problem. 900 million acres that are trash for other crops is excellent for hemp. use it for summer diesel. heat tape the diesel fuel system against freezing temps.
