Arrest man who dragged this dog behind his car!!

This horrific crime was allegedly commited by Raycho D. Ivanov, a Bulgarian man who was upset with his dog for killing some chickens.

A witness took this sickening photo on Friday, June 7th, and posted it on Facebook so those of us with a voice can speak up and make sure this never happens again.

The dog reportedely survived for a time after being dragged behind the man's car, though later died from its injuries.

Local authorities in the town of Topolovo questioned, then released the man.

This was a barbaric act of torture and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. We demand Ivanov be imprisioned for this heinous crime!
