Too worried for an Ambulance

There is a bill that is required after using ambulance services. Even if you didn't call for the services, want the services, or get the full ride in the ambulance. If you have financial difficulties it is supposedly according to the billing department not a valid reason for waiving the bill. The policies should be changed. There should not have to be a bill for being hurt or sick. There is no bill for requiring police services. What does the government all use the money for, that is not entirely desperately needed, that could be used for covering paramedic services so that people don't need to worry about a bill for being helped in a medical crisis. Or if the province and country absolutely can't cover everyone, a person that is in a financial difficult situation should be able to waive the fee with no problem. Stress can cause more health challenges, we should not have to create stress by calling an ambulance and constantly having to think about the bill that will be coming soon after. Suggesting the goverenment should really evaluate where they are putting the money towards, how much actual need there is for what there spending money on, and looking at seeing if there can be a policy change towards ambulance bills either by getting it under coverage, or waiving the bills of people that can not afford it, or didnt call for the services themselves. There should have to be no bill for people who don't ride in the ambulance that was called by someone other than themselves.
