Fix our Amenities at Midtown5 now!

Having lived at midtown5 for 6 months now and being in a constant argument with Magellan Development Group about the horrible management of the amenities - we've decided to start a petition! Midtown5 is supposed to be considered a luxury property and rent here sure reflects that. Despite the outrages rent there's always something wrong with our amenities

Moving in we were promised:

- Pool and Jacuzzi: Havent been heated or functioning since September and the pool is full of trash and debrese
- Overnight apartments for guests of the residents: haven't seen or heard anything about these, and according to management there's no updates in regards to when these might be available
- Spa with sauna and steaming room: although these are working now it was closed and non functioning until late fall 2017. Massage room does not have proper lighting or lock on the door
- BBQ: also seem to be working now but were not functioning until early winter 2017
- front desk security is constantly changing and there is no consistency
- elevators are frequently down and wait time is very long
- during hurricane Irma security somehow let homeless people sleep in the common areas and there was dog poop and pee everywhere and toilets on 5th floor were a mess with backpacks and overnight equipment left behind
- moving in, we were told there would be no construction anytime within the next year in the big lot in front of the building - now there is
- dog park is extremely poorly maintained

The management office have been made aware of these problems and several occasions, still nothing is being done. As residents we demand all our amenities to be working and properly maintained, as well as a retroactive rent deduction from the day we moved in
