Stop the Private Improvement District Tax for downtown revitalization of Los Banos

We the under signed property owners within the proposed Private Improvement District for downtown revitalization of Los Banos, demand that the City Council of Los Banos and the City of Los Banos Economic Development Department, quit expending City funds and Resources to establish the downtown revitalization district and resulting tax upon property owners. We demand that this project be stopped immediately.
