Drug tests for government help!

People who use welfare, food stamps, or get any money from the government should be drug tested on every occasion they receive payment. This means before they get their stamps replenished or before they receive unemployment. Now is the time to stop pointless money being spent on people who just want to mooch instead of working hard to earn what they get. I understand some people really need the help. Thats why I believe they should be able to pass the Drug test.
