We as American Citizens have legal right within the constitution of use with Alternative Medicine. The DEA have violated our rights as natural and non-natural Citizens. Contributing factors of toxic doses of drugs/alcohol cannot render Kratom to blame. The government has lied to us about Kratom. Kratom is the CURE. They don't want a cure. They want patients. Big Pharma is to blame. Opioids have taken millions of lives. Kratom alone has taken ZERO. Kratom SAVES lives. we all know the truth, we won't stop fighting the DEA, the govt. now the FDA. Stop lying to the public, on the internet, through the media. The lies are appalling.
Best arguments can be found in the Hogan Lovells letter, 5th and 14th amendments protections of due process, regulatory takings, abuse of statutory discretion, violation of the Data Quality Act, violation of executive order 12855 and 13563. Each of these in and of themselves are huge violations of the law. Spare nothing in pursuit of our freedoms come together now and do everything you can to fight this.
