We the below signed homeowners of Stanford Hills, demand representation and action from our present HOA board. We request full disclosure and evidence of insurance claim, damage dealt to community, and audit of current finances in relation to the budget. We request the board removes any special assessment requests from Overlook and declines any monthly due budget adjusts for the next fiscal year.
If these demands and request are not meet in accordance to our bylaws, We demand a Board meeting where the community will vote on the following items in order of priority as deemed necessary by the community.
I. Discussion and removal of all current Board Members
II. Removal and replacement of Overlook as our Property Management Company
III. Rebid and Re-inspection of all community roofs, to access accurate damage that necessitates immediate repair prior to winter.
IV. Adjustment of Bylaws and insurance to allow residents to purchase full coverage insurance and HOA to remove roof and property coverage from their coverage.
V. Future budget strategy and community improvements. ie ( fences, roads, community garden, greenbelt).
