A Petition to end the Relentless Corporate predation of the Homeless Population
Currently in Eugene Oregon it is understood at this time that it is illegal to hire homeless people. It is also understood that homelessness is an enforced condition thus. law enforcement personnel have made sport out of rounding up and arresting homeless people regardless of their lack of credibility in doing so.. a recent roundup involved dog owners on the streets being ticketed for their dogs though in fact possessing the legal credentials to maintain possession of their animals. It is becoming more difficult to occupy public spaces regardless of your constitutional right to do so or your residentially challenged condition, should you not in fact be homeless at all.

Her kiosk was recently raided by law enforcement and customers shooed away though possessing legal credentials and a business permit.
It is understood that in Eugene a great deal of corporate elite have established themselves on the hippie vibe which they profited from greatly… though anything truly Grassroots is hard to come by.
