The flooding in downtown Johnson city

This is the second time in less than a week the downtown Johnson City has been flooded due to the wonderful overflow that the city decided to built it has wreaked havoc on numerous businesses throughout the area delayed public transportation and caused major trouble for drivers Johnson City city officials has stated that is going to cost $20,000 to repair the cause for the flooding if they would have fixed it right the first time they would not have that problem what they should have done is build a retaining wall along the Overflow from Carver Park to the old U-Haul facility on both sides of the Overflow that way the water would had not received it past the wall therefore that would have alleviated the water coming into the roadway and going into businesses and once again causing businesses to spend money in repairs and cleanings we need to do something about this we need to make the city officials pay for their mistake without the cost of the taxpayers
