Demand to equal rights of all ages

No matter what age u are if you are urinating or exposing yourself you should be charged. 75 yr old man can urinate and expose self and was warned but 40 yr does same is charge. All should e charged just the same. Help stop older people from being allowed to expose themselves whether it to be urinating or other ways. This has to stop by all ages make stronger laws that charges them.
