recipient: Stop cruelty to all pets.

The reason I am doing this, because I hate seeing pets being beaten, starved and left on the streets to be negleted. Have you seen those pet programs where pets are forced to live in a dirty place, and with nothing to eat or drink, when I see that, it makes me so sad and upset that I can't bare to watch it.
