Help save the forgotten animals in Avsallar, Turkey
Cats and dogs are treated as vermin in Turkey. They are poisoned, beaten and killed daily in inhumane ways. A friend Manuela Wroblewski (originally from Germany) has been feeding them out of her own pocket since she vacationed there 2 years ago. Foreigners are unable to work there, so funds are running low. Donations can be made securely through Paypal and converted to Euros for easy usage for Manuela (I am more than willing to do the Paypal transfer myself as a lump sum if people wanted to email me a money transfer at cm_larouche@hotmail.com and I will provide the Paypal receipt upon transfer). She more than welcomes people to contact her on FB at https://www.facebook.com/manuela.wroblewski1, and photos can be viewed of the animals available for adoption. She is willing to arrange the transportation of an animal to anyone that is serious in adoption. She has successfully relocated 4 cats to Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
We the undersigned believe that all animals should be treated humanely and with respect. We believe that all should be free from torment and abuse and should receive adequate food and water daily. What is happening in Turkey, and all over the world is unacceptable and we need to come together as a whole and stop animal abuse and find homes for the forgotten animals.
