Rennovate a Huge, Unused Building for a Shelter and Create Jobs

I have lived on the streets of Reading, Pa. off and on for a period of ten years and I have come to know many of the poor and unemployed street personnel. I know that there is a huge need for employment here in Reading, Pa. and also a huge need to feed and shelter the homeless. Also a need to have Drug and Alcohol and Sex Counselors included within a shelter organization.
