Demand Palm Valley Animal Center in Edinburg Texas provide clean shelters with bedding for dogs.

    I'm concerned about the condition dogs and puppies are housed in. They don't have bedding for them. They are left to sleep on dirty cement floors. They don't get the medical attention these beautiful animals deserve .
