Justice for Sean Ellis - No More Trials!

Please sign the attached petition in support of Sean Ellis. The facts about the influence of police corruption on his conviction are extremely disturbing. Sean spent nearly 22 years in prison before the court overturned his conviction in 2015, ruling that "justice was not done".  We strongly encourage the Suffolk County District Attorney to reconsider his decision to try Sean Ellis for murder for a fourth time, and instead accept the decision by the Supreme Judicial Court to uphold Sean's vacated conviction in the interest in justice.  It is time to let Sean Ellis live the rest of his life in peace and with dignity.

Update #22 years ago
Great forum hosted by three Patriots players at the Frederick Pilot School in Dorchester. Five candidates for Suffolk D.A. squared off; Evandro Carvalho, Linda Champion, Shannon McAuliffe, Rachael Rollins, and Mike Maloney. Greg Henning was a noticeable no-show. The three women candidates either knew about Sean's case or committed to looking into it. These women were progressive. I am hopeful for Sean's outcome. Please share this petition in support of JUSTICE!!

Thank you for signing the petition in support of Sean Ellis. It was recently reported that Dan Conley will be stepping down as the Suffolk County DA at the end of his term. We are uncertain how this will impact the outcome of Sean's case. Joined in Action is working to have Sean speak at Needham High School about his experiences. We will keep you posted. Please help us continue to spread the news and get signatures. Thank you.
