End the Ridiculous amount of cops patrolling Tomball/ Magnolia

I believe there is no need to have as many cops as there is patrolling the streets there are more cops then regular citizens and that is not right they are not even focusing on serious crimes they are just pulling over people that are speeding home from an already long day at work, some of these speeding tickets can ruin a young teens, or single moms life because a cop was in a bad mood they now have to pay a fine they cant afford all because the unreasonable amount of cops on our streets some may say other wise but i want to be able to drive in peace and not worry about speed traps and other pointless things go stop a real crime instead of bothering innocent civilians.
