This Florida Petting Zoo Abused Animals Behind the Scenes

A place called Family Farms in Davie, Florida marketed itself as a wholesome petting zoo for families and children. But behind the scenes, animals lived in misery – starving, neglected, and forced to eat moldy food. Now the farm's founder is facing multiple charges of animal cruelty. We must make sure this facility never reopens.

Sign the petition to demand that Family Farms is shut down permanently and all surviving animals are placed in safe, reputable sanctuaries.

A former employee shared horrific details of daily life at the farm: animals were fed spoiled food unless customers paid for fresh produce. Chickens were kept in such crowded conditions that dead birds were often found decomposing in their coop. A cow named Buttercup lived on bare dirt with no grass. Many of the animals were visibly sick and suffering, trapped in muddy, waterless pens.

This isn't a one-time offense. It's a pattern of cruelty. The farm is currently closed, but the animals have only been moved to the owner's brother's property. We must make sure these animals are protected from further abuse.

Sign the petition to make sure Family Farms is never allowed to reopen and these animals are sent to real sanctuaries where they'll be safe!
