Coventry High School deans need to stop using their higher power against kids

Hello my name is Arianna a student at Coventry High School, This past week I have heard many stories from multiple students with the same concern about one of the specific deans in the school using their higher power to punish kids at extended amounts, He favorites certain kids and does not give them correct punishments for the things that they are doing/have done and gives other students unright and unjust punishments that they can take no control over because he does not hear students out, This past week I got punished for a 2 sided problem where both parties should’ve been punished and I was the one who ended up with the blame because he would not let me have my witnesses speak on the problem but believed other students who made up lies and did not ask them for proof of their side of the story but even with my side and my witnesses still refused to believe me, Other students came to me speaking about how a food fight happened and the kids who did the bare minimum out of the problem were the ones who ended up punished while other got off free, Another one of my friends just got into a fight and allowed one student off free with no punishment and the other side got punished for it when Coventry High School states in a fight both parties should be punished, He also tried to give me more punishment than originally proceeded because I recorded our conversation which in no way is illegal according to student handbook as well as Rhode Island law, Moral of the story is that the higher powers of this school need to be stopped and need to be told to do their jobs better and I as well as multiple other students thought because of the unfairness at this school and Unjust punishments given as well as unfair sides picked that something needed to come of it, Please sign this petition if you are in support of this because I along with others do not feel the rules at this school are fair and we feel that some higher powers at this school need to be called out and stated to be wrong as they refuse to listen to both sides of every story and punish wrong sides of situations.
