ALLOW GRACE PING TO ENTER THE NXN NATIONAL RACE

When a top Nationaly Rated athlete has missed a NXN Qualifier for a legitimate reason, but is capable to compete in the finials, they should be allowed to compete on their recent achievements. GRACE PING being a two time NXN top Finisher, Holding world, National and State records and concidering her 2017 season, we feel NXN should make her a "SPECIAL NXN INVITED ATHLETE".
