Cancel the 11am deadline attendance google form

Get rid of the attendance google form that is due daily at 11am or else it counts as an absence. The actual work we do should count as attendance, not a google form. Some people choose to sleep in past 11am (and still complete their work on time) or might have computer problems that prevent them from filling it out in time.
