Demand that humane shelters lower the cost of the spay and neuter fees.

I have many cats that I have taken in and loved over the years. I was appalled at the ongoing rate to neuter fees at the shelter 150.00 a cat. Too steep for my price range. It needs to be lowered, especially for lower income based clients who take In strays and help support local shelters.
