We don't want a homophobic judge representing Spain at the European Court of Human Rights

Maria Elósegui, the judge chosen by the Spanish government to represent Spain in the European Court of Human Rights has made throughout her career several statements against gay rights. Specifically, in several comments she has compared the sexual orientation of homosexuals with a "disease".
