I was victimized by the Department of Children and families in the Berkshire county.
My children will remove from my home from using physical discipline.
As of September 9th 2020 my children has been gone since last year.
I had my newborn June 20th of 2020 with the unjust allegations from the department and children and families, I refuse to tell them about my newborn. she was a healthy growing baby as of August 28th when the Department of Children and Family removed her from my care.
They use the same affidavit in 2019 to remove the newborn out of my care as of now.
Their affidavits listed allegations that I had to work hard to remove from my character.
they placed me in an alleged relationship with another black African-American man that was victimized in front of my home in 2015 and they stated that this such individual was a danger to children even though he was a victim.
The Department of Children and families in the Berkshire county again with the allegation place me in a relationship with such individual and indicated that he wasn't supposed to be around my children. With no understanding of the individual's background I was unsure what the department and children and family were talking about.
With the removal of the newborn the Department of Children and Family made up such allegations against this black African American man and place him in the middle of my reunification and now they have my baby and refuse to return her to me. They won't even allow her to breast feed
help me bring the department and children and families in a Berkshire county unjust allegations into light. Help me reunite children with their families.
Help me help them change management and bring the actual welfare of the child back to the Department of the Children and Family.
