This petition requires you to take time for thought and consideration. It is NOT about the signatures, it is about you taking time to read this word for word, meaning for meaning, video for video and making an informed personal pledge to save lives of the homeless and possibly even yours, by learning your legal rights and deciding to take wise courage and compassion in the face of difficulties. Please read it all, and if you do not have time but are interested, please keep this link.

Thank you SO MUCH FOR YOUR COMPASSION FOR THE VOICELESS ANIMALS AND PEOPLE. The petition is below.

We saved a cats life due to a pledge we made to help or try to save the homeless animals and homeless people, and almost paid the price of almost being shot by the police.

Knowing your rights can save your life and those you are trying to protect. The over show of police force was illegal, broke the UN Human rights and police code of conduct.

People who know us, were afraid, and told us to let the matter go. In our hearts and minds, we knew we had to speak out for ourselves, for those who may suffer the same fate and for the homeless animals and homeless people...these are the voiceless.

You must do what you know is to be right and wise thing to do, in regards to helping the homeless animals and people.

This is a tiny bit of our story and thoughts below. I am sorry it is all abit written in a slightly confused fashion, but we are still in a traumatic shocked stage, so please may I ask you to be patient and read on?

Pledge to save homeless animals if you see them or get them help. Please help them and never let a day go by to try to do something to help the homeless and those in need, and to remember to be kind to yourself and inturn be kind to the voiceless and homeless animals and people.

In UK, a small group of friends tried to rescue a cat. At the time we did not know it was a Norwegian Forest Cat. We did everything we could to find justice, to get investigation going because this neglected abused animals was falling on deaf ears.

Finally after weeks of trying to get help and the cat scanned for a microchip, one day, at the PDSA vets, we took the cat in to be examined and asked the vetinary nurse to check for microchip. Finally we found one. I was told to return the cat at a latter date until the owner can be traced.

I got a phone call from the PDSA and the Police! They wanted to know when I was going to hand back the cat for collection. I told them Monday, as it was the weekend and I was not feeling too good.  I thought incorrectly they were going to investigate the abuse...but NO! The police came with guns, and chased the poor starved abused cat about that I had tried to rescue, and then threatened to arrest me for suspicion of stealing the cat!  ( We did NOT know at the time our rights. We did not know that the police are not allowed to act against you just because they suspect you of something.)  However, the next thing I knew, there were over 20 police cars and many police storm trooping my tiny accomodation and threatening to shoot my own little cat. They pinned a young lady rescuer, against the wall and we were all terrified that she was going to be shot, arrested or molested by the police. It was terrible and it all happened so fast.  The police insisted on storm trooping fully armed, on a suspicion.

INSTEAD OF investigating the EVIDENCE OF VERY REAL possible animal abuse we collected, 'One police officer took the evidence of animal abuse and said they will 'keep this for a laugh!'  When I saw the other resucer, a friend of mind almost get shot too and all the police storm troop my tiny accomodation and unfortunately so much more, my heart rate went well above 100 beats per minute, just missing the margin of a heart attack but the police officers thought it was all a big joke and just proceeded to hunt out my other cat that is in my name.

The PDSA, Vets, the animal rescue place, RSPCA all failed us and the cats. The Cats Protection Legue said to tell the RSPCA, they can not do anything. The RSPCA told us after waiting hours on the phone, to leave the cat and DO NOT FEED THE CAT or we are causing an offence!

What ever we did, or turned to for help, we recieved none. We saved this cats life from starvation, homelessness, and the freezing winter snow storms. We brought the cat back to life, and spent hundreds of pounds to help this poor abused cat. Lots of people often have the mindsets of 'ohh its just a homeless animal or homeless person (if it was a human,)' and some times it feels as if no one seems to care when you need them most to help.

However when the poor rescued cat was returned to the owner without investigation of animal abuse, and when the police left us after an over show of police force, we were told in 'in future if we find a cat tell the RSPCA!'

We have gone to talk to the MP about the over show of police force and the lack of investigation.  The police finally admited that they did not think we were stealing a cat.

They did not appologise for the polices breech of Police Code of Conduct or the breech of human rights. It is NOT legally right, that the police can arrest me on suspicion of something, they MUST HAVE SOUND EVIDENCE.

I WAS ALSO ORDERED NOT TO RESCUE ANY ANIMALS BY FEEDING THEM, OR TAKING THEM IN OR IT IS CONSIDERED STEALING PROPERTY!

I am going to see the MP, Police, PDSA, RSPCA and I wont let this matter settle as long as I still have room to speak up for ourselves, and most of all the voiceless stray cats and also including the one we rescued.

If it was not for us, and so many countless other animal compassionate people, these stray animals and homeless people could starve to death via lack of food, warmth, and compassion.

We almost got shot along with 2 rescue cats, due to the owner calling the police after we saved that womans Mrs Hardman's cat's life.  NO one investigated her or people connected to her for animal abuse.   That poor cat would have been dead for sure in this winter weather of cold and starvation if we had not rescued the cat.  This Mrs Hardman is supposed to be the owner but she had no papers to present to me and the police did not either present the papers of ownership.  The police simply rushed in with over 20 armed police cars to collect one tiny cat.

I am wishing for you to take courage in the face of hardship, be brave and plucky but be sensible too.  I am wishing for you to know your human rights and the police code of conduct, and also ownership of animal rights and animal rights regarding the law. I ask you to pledge to at least find these links to protect yourself, your friends and family and most of all the voiceless.

If you see an animal or person in great distress, you must decide to take on the responsibility of that rescue or not, but I ask you and beg you to do as much as you can to help the voiceless. If the police come, dont be a victim but fight back wisely. Where do you go if the police get you? YOU must talk to your MP.  Go to the top. Stand up to be counted for the voiceless, and remember we too can become a voiceless person at any given moment.

I have not told you the whole picture of police brutality, because it would take a long time?  Why?  Because the police over show of police force went on for hours and I thought it would NEVER stop.

Something strange happens to people, and I suppose to animals too, at the point of possibility of being seriously injured, shot, killed, electricuted and so on...yes...SOMETHING very strange happens to you at a certain point...and it is this. One finds inner strenght and plucky courage in the face of adversity, to the point of willing to take the final abuse,  you will find courage. I hope you will learn of your human rights, the police code of conduct and where and who to go in the face of troubles...your darkest moments that visit you unawares suddenly...in the blink of an eye... you must arm yourself with courage, knowledge and wisdom.

Sometimes backing down, to fight another day is the wise thing to do. But sometimes you are left with NO choice, and all you have is your knowledge, wisdom, experience, quick thinking...and your voice.

Speak out and dont let police brutality shut you up...if not at the given moment, then when you are able to..even if its after the event.  Bullies love those who do not say much at all.

Dont let bullies take away your voice for the voiceless. If you wish to feed the homeless animals and people, dont let anyone stop you. That mouthful you give to the hungry and lost, maybe their one chance of survival. Please be brave but be wise with compassion and becareful who you turn to for help. NOT all police, or PDSA, RSPCA ETC ARE ALL BAD OR ALL GOOD. THANK YOU FOR READING ALL THIS.

Pledge to save homeless animals if you see them or get them help. Please?

Additional Information.

Sometimes those in charge, eg. Police, PDSA, RSPCA lie or give misleading information.  Those who have been really helpful, such as the Cats Protection, do not have any legal strenght to do much to help you and only refer you on to the RSPCA. The RSPCA TELL you leave the animal alone. If you do you are in danger of commiting an offense. I do not know how true this is. This is another reason to learn our rights etc. Even if you learn just one a week or one legal right a month. It all adds up to possibly one day saving lives including your own or loved ones or those you are trying to rescue. IF AND WHEN THE AUTHORIES DECIDE TO BEND THE FACTS, LIE BASICALLY, YOU MUST TAKE COURAGE AND SPEAK OUT BEING CAREFUL NOT TO TURN YOURSELF INTO A VICTIM AGAIN.

IF YOU LET THEM TELL LIES ABOUT YOU, ITS NOT GOOD NEWS.  The police officers left with another threat of returning to question me again, and call the RSPCA to take my own little cat away. I managed to save the two cats and everyone from being shot.

(This little cat is called Cat. Her name is cat, because we were not meant to name her as we were fostering her. This wild feral kitten rescued 9 families from burning to death, and we thought we were resucing her in the begining of our life with Cat.)

I will not rest until I still have room to speak out for the voicless, for this abused cat and the over show of police force. I pledge to keep on helping to try to save the homeless animals and homeless people.

I refuse to be 'shut up' and refuse to stand by to let another die of hunger, thirst, compassion or help in any way possible.  I now know I can stand in front of a bullet, a knife and take the hit.  BUT I RATHER NOT, BECAUSE EMOTIONALLY I AM AFFRAID TOO. I DONT WANT TO DIE AND I DONT WANT YOU OR ANYONE TO DIE. RESCUE AND A PLEDGE IS A PERSONAL CHOICE...ONE WITH CONSEQUENCES FOR GOOD AND BAD AND NEUTRAL.

PLEASE BE SAFE, COMPASSIONATE WITH WISDOM AND PLEASE PLEDGE TO HELP THE HOMELESS ANIMALS AND PEOPLE. IT COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE. Life has a way of changing your plans in a blink of an eye.

What ever you do, pledge to be kind to you and do likewise to others without love or homes.
