Ask the Department of Defense to End Live Animal Use in Medical Student Courses
We need your help to end the use of live animals for medical student training at U.S. military facilities. Live animals are used in medical student courses at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, Md., and Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. They may also be used at other military facilities.

We the undersigned request and urge
you to stop the use of live animals for the training of your medical students. We strongly believe in the rights of innocent animals and putting an end to their abuse, torment and suffering.
There are many and varied alternative techniques to live animals which exist such as Simulab%u2019s TraumaMan System simulaton.
It is our fervent hope in signing this petition that you stop the use of live animals now!
Thank you for your consideration.
