Federal regulations on all puppy mills

The puppy mill industry is regulated only on a state by state basis. The result is many states have almost no regulations whatsoever and puppy mill operators are free to be as inhumane as they like in pursuit of maximum profits.
Please sign this petition to institute high universal federal standards for all puppy mills and stop the needless suffering of innocent animals.
