1. Gov. Lamont's UConn Board is constructing a nation of, by and for  the crony Fabric Baudoin.  
In a state where Gov. Ned Lamont rules,   slavery is the common practice.  In a state ruled by Gov. Lamont, only cronies will reign.    

• Lamont-UConn-Board:  appointed by Gov. Lamont.  To serve Fabrice Baudoin, Lamont-UConn-Board wastes  million each year on hiring  lawyers to delete/ fabricate evidence for Baudoin.  UConn-Board supports Baudoin's 15 sightseeing with a female  ( current, future, ex-)  student around the world. Among them,  in 4 trips, Baudoin didn't bring his other students. In other 3 trips, there is no depart. members .

• Lamont-UConn-lawyers:   By pretending to punish Baudoin, Lamont-UConn-lawyers obtained evidence.   Subsequently, Lamont-UConn lawyers  deleted Baudoin's  evidence,  faked a status for Li Chen,    and claimed that providing women for Baudoin to travel can further UConn reputation and enhance UConn productivity in UConn file EP 33.
•  Lamont-UConn-fabricated-documents:  fabricated-documents range from Baudoin's criminal evidence (e.g.   Baudoin's webpage, Chen's webpage) ,  to FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) log.    Lamont-UConn-Board either conceals FOIA request or  converts    "Fabrice Baudoin" into some other words in  FOIA request log,   whenever  public members type  "Fabrice Baudoin" in  their FOIA requests.

2.  Corruption burden has been shifted to students and working families.

• salary and retirement of Baudoin family amounts to 0.6 million each year. While Baudoin's female travel escort is not here,  Gov. Lamont is ready to hire more women for Baudoin . 
• A single Lamont-UConn-lawyer's family obtains 0.75 million each year for fabricating evidence.    Lawyers' total income amounts to  billion in the next few years.  
• Governor's UConn Board ( & lawyer)  will divert billion to Fabrice Baudoin  in the next 50 years by fabricating documents--------- computed   with  4.1%  compound interest rate. 

All these burdens have been shifted to the  working and middle-class families. Government squeezes every last penny out of the people,   increases tuition fee,  diverts public fund to cronies,  and  withholds this case from victims ( all public members).    

3.  Lamont-UConn Board  has enslaved students
 At other universities, teachers display professional  capability and help  lower-income students who lag behind.   Some teachers are patient with  students  who get zeros in their exams. Some teachers give students  3-hour-office-hours after 1 hour course.  Some teachers help students to do exercises in their textbook.

At UConn, students have to pay  tuition fee,  which is many times higher than many universities,   to   obtain:

• Fabrice Baudoin, who is unable to do  exercises in elementary textbooks,  and obtains solutions by deceiving others to do exercises for him
• Baudoin's plagiarism
• Baudoin's paramours and zero-publication wife   as   UConn assit. professors

4. Gov. Lamont's crown has been stained with  tears and blood
 

Gov. Lamont's impunity

•   fosters crimes and impedes the course of justice.
• denies the victims  (all public members)   the right to have the truth established,   the right to see justice done   and  the right to reparation.
• breeds public distrust of government, thereby eroding the legitimacy of the state.

Bully  (by Baudoin and  Lamont-UConn-Board)  might  go too far causing deaths to innocent victims.
