Elderly need help!

We live in an amazing community. A community that many love to retire in, however, the steps and access to businesses on the South side of the square are extremely troublesome and hard to navigate for the elderly. I propose that the state add smaller steps for Ascension and many grasp appliances (rails and handles) so the elderly and other mobility handicapped people can get to the businesses on the south side of the square. (Two of which are healthcare businesses) This is the responsibility of the state and we are asking our governor to make it so.
