Riverside county needs to offer FREE Spay/Neuter for cats and dogs!

    Riverside county needs to offer FREE spay/neuter for animals. To avoid so many unwanted cats and dogs starving and homeless. Other counties have clinics that are walk-in no appointment needed and Riverside County needs to offer the same. It shouldn’t matter what county you live in, but for some reason that’s how things are run.
