wrongly accused/convicted

my son was accused and convicted of Cruelty to children in the 2nd degree,upon this charge there is no history or record of my son Christopher Eugene Copland abusing any child or being in a cruel mannor,his own daughter is being neglected from his time and love because of this! his family and friends are a big supporter of his innocense and we believe he should be set free.
