We have so many people coming and riding at our Skatepark in Pawtucket that it can be very dangerous at times. We need more space for pro-level athletes and newer young children starting the sport. I believe that if we could change the location near an area with more surveillance and lights then there will be more progression in the children's skills, accidents and a great park to leave your children to practice and learn new skills in a safe environment. Not only would this reduce the crime in the area but also give the community and city access to grow and develop as one. With that being said the city of Pawtucket, Rhode Island is already planning on building a 400 MILLION DOLLAR redevelopment plan to add a soccer stadium. In comparison to build a new skate, you would be looking at $500k-1M. Video coming soon stay tuned......
