Allow Off Campus Freshman to Buy Parking Passes

Location: Lawrence, KS

At KU, freshman that live off campus aren't allowed to purchase parking passes for on campus. Buses and other mode of transportation can be unreliable and cost you time and end up late. This petition is to show KU that this is a problem that needs to be solved to help everyone to better their education.
