End New Shops On Linglestown Road

Eric Kessler of Vangaurd Reality plans on building 40,000 square-foot multi-tenant building as well as three or four free-standing buildings. This will go behind the Sheetz on Linglestown road. There is already ground broken down by Weis Markets that will be built on and he hopes to add more shops and restaurants while the area already has many buildings unused or occupied by failing businesses. About 3 miles away sits a large mall that could use more restaurants and shops.
The city council approved this despite criticism from the near-by homeowners. Tell Lower Paxton we are DONE with them selling our land to business owners just for a profit. The environment back there has been pillaged by shops and new, unneeded homes. The traffic is unbearable already in that area and they want to add more? I don't think so.
Instead, I believe we would benefit from a nature trail or park. Or even just letting the area alone to be a safe-haven for near by animals.
