Speeding on South 12th street has to stop.

The cars are speeding down south 12th street at all speeds, must of them are over the speed limit. I complained about this problem back in 2015. The police chief said they would do more police enforcement. Never happened.No more speed limit signs were put up as promised. There should be stop signs at 12th and Carmen Ave. Sommers Drive and Weeden Creek Road and 12th street.
